Apple has unveiled Apple Business, a new platform that brings together device management, business email, calendar, directory services, and customer-facing brand tools for companies using Apple products.

The company said the service will launch on April 14 in more than 200 countries and regions. Apple said the platform is designed to help businesses manage devices, equip staff with work tools, and improve how customers discover brands across Apple services.
Apple Business will include built-in mobile device management, allowing companies to configure employee groups, device settings, security controls and apps from a single interface. Apple said the service also introduces Blueprints, which allow businesses to preconfigure devices for faster setup and zero-touch deployment.
The platform will also offer business email, calendar and directory services linked to a custom domain name. Apple said the features are aimed at improving communication and collaboration for companies that want a more professional business identity.
In addition, Apple is expanding customer-facing tools through the new service. Businesses will be able to manage their brand name, logo, place cards, offers, customer actions and location insights across Apple Maps, Wallet, Mail, Safari and Spotlight. Apple also said businesses using Tap to Pay on iPhone will be able to show their brand name and logo on the payment screen.
A major part of the launch is a new advertising option in Apple Maps. Apple said businesses in the United States and Canada will be able to place ads in Maps from this summer. The ads will appear in search results and in a new Suggested Places experience, and will be clearly marked.
Apple said the new platform will replace Apple Business Essentials, Apple Business Manager and Apple Business Connect once it launches. Existing Business Connect data will move automatically to Apple Business, while Business Essentials customers will no longer pay monthly device management fees after April 14.
Some features will require iOS 26, iPadOS 26 or macOS 26, including the Apple Business companion app and the new email, calendar and directory tools.
The move marks Apple’s latest push to deepen its appeal to businesses by combining internal IT tools with features designed to improve brand visibility and local customer reach.
