The Court of Appeal has upheld the Federal High Court ruling that stopped the Peoples Democratic Party’s National Convention in Ibadan.

The appellate court dismissed the appeal filed by the faction led by Taminu Turaki.

The court also awarded costs of N2 million against Turaki and the other appellants.
