
The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, NCDMB, has invited oil and gas companies, host communities and other sector stakeholders in Delta and Edo states to a sensitisation and engagement forum scheduled for Tuesday, March 31, 2026, in Warri.
According to the notice, the forum will focus on improving understanding of Nigerian Content compliance requirements and access to financing within the oil and gas industry.
The event is themed, “Deepening Local Content Through Certificates, Compliance and Financial Support.” It will hold at Monarchy Epic Arena, 70 Effurun-Sapele Road, beside FCMB, Warri, Delta State, from 10:00am.
NCDMB said the workshop will demonstrate new features of the upgraded 1 per cent Nigerian Content Development Fund, NCDF, payment portal. It will also provide guidance on the revised Community Contractors Scheme and clarify the process for issuing NCDF 1 per cent compliance certification.
The board added that the forum will serve as a customer engagement platform, with participation from the Bank of Industry, BOI, and the Nigerian Export-Import Bank, NEXIM.
Those expected at the event include host community contractors, oil and gas service companies, financial institutions and other interested stakeholders.
