The Nigeria Revenue Service, NRS, has announced plans to launch Rev360, a next-generation revenue administration platform, on April 30, 2026, as part of efforts to improve efficiency, transparency and taxpayer experience across Nigeria’s tax system.

The announcement was made in a press release issued in Abuja on April 15, 2026.
According to the Service, Rev360 marks a new phase in the evolution of tax administration, building on earlier digital reforms such as TaxPro Max, which supported electronic filing, improved compliance and reduced physical interactions.
NRS said the new platform is designed to provide a more advanced, integrated and intelligent ecosystem that responds to the growing needs of taxpayers and the wider economy.
The Service said Rev360 would drive what it described as Tax Administration 3.0, with features including end-to-end automation, real-time reporting and embedded tax processes within taxpayers’ natural systems.
It said the shift would support faster processing, better decision-making, stronger compliance and a more seamless user experience, while also giving taxpayers more options in their interactions with the agency.
NRS linked the platform to its broader technology advancement strategy under the leadership of its Executive Chairman, Zacch Adedeji, saying the initiative reflects its commitment to strengthening institutional capacity, improving taxpayer confidence and aligning with global best practices.
The Service said rollout of the platform would begin with Medium and Emerging Taxpayers as the first phase of implementation, following what it described as a successful pilot.
It added that a structured and phased approach had been adopted to ensure stability and provide adequate support to users during the transition. The agency also said communication, training and stakeholder engagement measures were being put in place ahead of the go-live date.
NRS said Rev360 represents a key milestone in its push to improve service delivery and promote transparent, taxpayer-focused administration.
