British Nigerian boxer Anthony Joshua has sparked fresh reports of a move to Dubai after new company filings linked to his business interests listed the United Arab Emirates as his country of residence.
Recent records tied to Sparta Promotions Ltd, one of the companies associated with the former two time world heavyweight champion, show that his official details were updated this month.
The filings show that Sparta Promotions Ltd recorded a change to Joshua’s details as a director on March 6, 2026. A second filing, submitted on March 9, 2026, also reflected a change to his details as a person with significant control of the company.
The updated residence detail also appears across several other active companies linked to Joshua. His corporate profile lists the United Arab Emirates as his country of residence for firms including 258 Investments Ltd, 258 Marketing Limited and 258 Management Limited.
The development adds weight to reports that Joshua is now using Dubai as his official base, at least for corporate purposes. However, the records do not by themselves confirm the full personal terms of any relocation, such as when he moved or whether he has completely ended residential ties with the United Kingdom.
Joshua remains one of Britain’s most recognisable boxing stars and has built a growing business portfolio outside the ring through his 258 brand and other ventures.
For now, the clearest verified position is that official UK company records tied to his business empire now list the UAE as his country of residence.
