The member representing Nsit Ibom State Constituency in the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Hon. Eric E. Akpan, will on Wednesday present his scorecard to constituents and stakeholders as part of activities marking his 50th birthday.
The event is scheduled to hold at 2pm on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at Hon. Eric Compound, Afia Nsit No. 1, in Nsit Ibom Local Government Area.
According to details of the event, the occasion will serve a dual purpose. It will feature the presentation of Akpan’s scorecard as the representative of Nsit Ibom State Constituency from 2023 to date, alongside the celebration of his Golden Jubilee.
The lawmaker said the scorecard presentation is intended to promote public accountability and transparency by giving constituents and other stakeholders the opportunity to assess his stewardship, legislative contributions and constituency engagements since he assumed office in 2023.
He said the exercise reflects his commitment to responsive representation, good governance and the advancement of the socio-economic interests of the people of Nsit Ibom.
Akpan also described the Golden Jubilee celebration as a personal milestone that provides an opportunity for reflection, gratitude to God and renewed commitment to service and community development.
The event is expected to attract political leaders, party stakeholders, constituents and invited guests from within and outside Nsit Ibom.
